Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy. You have exactly 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for your purchased items. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.

2. Acceptable Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the exact same condition that you received it:

• Unused and Unworn: The product must not have been installed, used, or modified.
• Original Packaging: It must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is strictly required.

3. Return Process (How to Return)

To initiate a return, please follow these steps by mail:

1. Email our support team at adititechnocraft@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return shipping label (if applicable).
3. Securely pack the item and ship it back to our facility at: B-99, sec -64, Noida-201301, Uttarpradesh.

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted or refunded.

4. Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. You will be refunded the full purchase price of the product.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective product, or the wrong item was shipped to you, Perfection Hydraulics will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label.
• Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you ordered the wrong item by mistake, or simply changed your mind, you (the customer) will be responsible for paying the actual cost of return shipping.

6. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.
• Processing Time: Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process upon receiving the package.
