Currently, we ship exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
3. Order Processing and Handling Time
- Handling Time: All orders are processed and handed over to our shipping carriers within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Order Cut-off Time: Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (IST). Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- Weekend & Holiday Processing: Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the following business day.

- Standard Transit Time: Once dispatched, the estimated transit time for delivery is 3 to 5 business days depending on your location within India.

5. Shipping Costs
We believe in transparent pricing. Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the total weight, dimensions of the items, and the delivery destination. There are no hidden fees. The shipping cost shown at checkout is the final shipping price you will pay.
6. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
7. Address Modifications
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at adititechnocraft@gmail.com. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot alter the delivery address.
8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the item, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If a package is deemed lost in transit by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
